Custom Sheds & Garages

It depends on your county and the size of the building — many Maryland counties require a permit for larger sheds and garages. The property owner is responsible for getting any required permit, so check with your county or township zoning office before ordering. If they ask for building specs or drawings, Aaron can provide them (detailed plans may be an additional cost, depending on what your township requires).

We don't offer financing or rent-to-own at this time. Aaron will go over the deposit and payment terms with your quote, so you'll know exactly what's due and when before you order.

Yes — we often have ready-built sheds and garages available, and stock buildings are the fastest way to get your structure, often in as little as 2 weeks. Inventory changes often, so call Aaron at (410) 316-1522 or stop by our display lot at PA Dutch Market to see what is available now.

Stock buildings and winter orders (December-March) can be ready in as little as 2 weeks. During the busy season (April-November), custom orders typically take 4-8 weeks, depending on our current backlog and the complexity of the order.

We deliver your building and set it in place on your level, prepared site. Site prep and stone pads are not included in delivery, but we offer them as a separate service (see below). Aaron will confirm delivery details and any charges with your quote.

Yes. Every shed and garage must be set on a level site so the doors open and close properly and the building stays square for years to come. A compacted stone pad is the best base for support and drainage. If your site isn't ready, we offer stone pad and site prep services at an additional cost, and Aaron can quote them together with your building.

Our structures come with material warranties from manufacturers LP SmartSide, GAF, etc., plus a factory-direct warranty coverage that covers workmanship. We use premium materials and construction techniques specifically suited to your climate.

Absolutely! Our structures are designed to handle regional weather patterns including snow loads, humidity, and coastal exposure.
